E-Learning is an effective way to educate employee's companywide at the learners' convenience. Courses can be presented via interactive web pages, downloadable PDF documents, audio and video formats.
We design SCORM and AICC compliant E-Learning courseware that effectively trains employees and customers, validating what they have learned while being compatible with most major learning management systems.
E-Learning is an effective way to deliver a consistent message to a geographically dispersed audience. Whether you are training employees about your business or customers about your products, E-Learning delivers the message in a structured, multimedia environment that bolsters understanding and retention.
Our E-Learning system has three components. First is the Learning Management System (LMS). It serves as a catalog enabling users to find and register for courses. LMS tracks when they complete the course and saves test scores. An administration section allows people in the training department to add listings and track student progress.
Learning Content Management System (LCMS) is the second component. It enables you to create new courses with ease. Instructional tools guide the courseware developer through the process, providing a discreet interface to create a new course, add content, create tests and publish the final course to the LMS.
Broken up into distinct learning modules, the courseware itself is the third component. Each module highlights the learning objectives, presents the content, summarizes the topics covered and tests the user for mastery of the content.
Because of the unique content being taught and the use of multimedia to aid in the learning process, you can plan on spending $10,000 per hour of end instruction.
