In the world of Web 2.0, it seems like everyone is thinking about social media and the viral buzz that it can create. And the statistics show why. In December 2009, more than half of all internet users in the U.S. visited Facebook, and one of every four internet page views in the U.S. was on a major social networking website. The ZANZICO Agency helps clients get noticed through social media campaigns that stretch beyond the obvious.
While Facebook and Twitter create easy, high-volume platforms where we can communicate your ideas, oftentimes the successful social media campaigns are carried out through other social dissemination techniques. We use these platforms as well as other tools to create concepts that stick in your audience's mind, and that they repeat to their friends and family.
Our goal is to consistently promote a message or concept to your audience to create a buzz. It could be through an internet campaign, artwork, a print ad, direct community engagement, a slogan, or a tv spot. Anything that engages your audience has the potential to be shared and spread around socially.
The best campaigns also take an integrated approach that we know how to execute successfully. The ZANZICO Agency uses both traditional and new media techniques to generate buzz.
The picture atop this page references a massive social marketing campaign we undertook for Nationwide Homes when they partnered with ABC's nationally televised Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
The ZANZICO Agency's team built a website where the Nationwide team could keep in constant contact with hundreds of volunteers and media representatives through a blog. Visitors could read about the latest fundraising updates, see pictures of the deserving family who got a new home and watch videos of the huge volunteer base working on the site.
The result was a united team and a community that could keep up with project and spread the word through a welcoming and easy-to-navigate website.
